In this study, the relationship between the improvement of the quality of e-trust factors of the e-commerce portal and the growth of the conversion rate index, as one of the critical factors in the success of the e-commerce will be discussed. This study explains the role of e-trust factors in the success of the transaction between the buyers and sellers in the e-commerce environment. During this research, first the effective factors on the level of e-trust in the field of B2C e-commerce were identified.
